【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesahighperformanceliquidchromatographic(HPLC)procedureforthedeterminationofpolycyclicaromatichydrocarbons(PAHs)inediblefatsandoils.Themethodhasbeenvalidatedforcoconut(CN),olive(OV),sunflower(SF),andsoybean(BO)oil,andispossiblyapplicabletootheroils,dependentonthedeterminationofappropriateparameters.ThelowestlevelofquantificationforthePAHsis0,1μg/kg.ThelowestpossibleamountofeachPAHwhichcanbedistinguishedfromthebaselinenoisehasnotbeendetermined.Thevalidatedconcentrationrangeofthemethodis0,1μg/kgto3,5IJg/kgforeachindividualPAH.Forsamplescontaining(light)PAHcontents:3,5μg/kg,dilutiontobringthecontentsintothevalidatedrangeispossible.Itisalsopossibletoadjusttherangeofthecalibrationcurves.However,rangesexceeding3,5μg/kghavenotbeenvalidated.PAHswhichcanbedeterminedbythismethodare:anthracene,phenanthrene,fluoranthene,pyrene,chrysene,benzo[a]anthracene,benzo[e]pyrene,benzo[a]pyrene,perylene,benzo[ghi]perylene,anthanthrene,dibenzo[a,h]anthracene,coronene,indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene,benzo[a]fluoranthene,benzo[b]fluoranthene,benzo[k]fluoranthene.
