【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesagenericrequest/reply-orienteddataaccessmechanismforapplicationsfromindependentsupplierstoaccessCIMdataincombinationwithIEC61970-402:CommonServices.AnapplicationisexpectedtousetheGenericDataAccess(GDA)serviceaspartofaninitialisationprocessoranoccasionalinformationsynchronizationstep.GDAisgenericinthatitcanbeusedbyanapplicationtoaccessanyCIMdata.GDAisalsogenericinthatitalsoprovidesabackendstoragemechanismindependentquerycapabilitythatcanbeusedtofacilitatethecreationofCIMdatawarehouses.Thisspecificationprovidesasimple,conciseservicethatmeetsthefunctionalityrequirementsofcurrentandfutureapplicationswhile:?avoidingunnecessarycomplexity;?notrequiringanyspecificdatabasetechnologyforimplementation.Thisserviceisdesignedtosupportinteractionwheretheapplicationorsystemrequestinginformationisdeveloped,supplied,maintained,oroperatedbyaseparateagencyfromtheapplicationsupplyingthedata.Furthermore,theupdateportionofthisserviceassumesthatitisundesirableforonesystemtodirectlywriteintoanother1).Tosupporttheseobjectives,theGDAcapabilitiesaredividedintothreecategories:a)readaccess;b)updateaccess;c)changenotificationevents.Itshouldbenotedthattheupdateportionofthisservicedoesnotsupportunconditionalaccesstocriticalreal-timedata.Rather,theupdateportionallowsarequestingapplicationtoaskfordatatobechangedinaserviceprovider,buttheserviceproviderisundernoobligationtocarryoutthatchangeatanyparticulartime.Furthermore,apositiveresponsefromtheupdateservicedoesnotindicatethattheupdatehasoccurred,butonlythattheserviceproviderhassuccessfullyreceivedtherequestandthattherequestissyntacticallyandsemanticallycorrect.GDAcouldbeclassifiedasanEnterpriseInformationIntegration(EII)technologyadapterspecializedtothepowerindustryviatheassumeduseoftheCIM.ThereareanumberofEIIproductscurrentlyavailableonthemarket,butthereisnoacceptedcross-platformstandardforwritingconnectorsfortheseproductsandoveralltheseproductsdonottakefulladvantageofacommonsemanticmodelsuchastheCIM.InrecommendingGDA,WG13isrecommendingastandardEIIconnectormodelintheformofasimpler,lessexpensive,andmorespecializedinterface.ThoughthetargetofthisIECstandardincludestheutilitycontrolcentertechnicaldomain,genericdataaccessencompassesageneralsetofconceptsthatcanbeappliedtomanytypesofsystems.Examplesofthesesystemsinclude:?Energyanddistributionmanagementsystems?Workandassetmanagementsystems?Geographicinformationsystems?Outagemanagementsystems?Othertypesoftechnicallyorientedoperationalbusinesssystems.Inrecognitionthattheintegrationbetweenapplicationsintwoormoreofthesesystemsisoftennecessary,theintentofthisspecificationistoaddressgeneralGDArequirementstotheextentthattheyarecommontodifferenttypesofsystemswhileeffectivelyaddressingutilityoperationapplicationspecificneeds.
