【摘要】:Thethermalconductivityofrefractoriesisapropertyrequiredforselectingtheirthermaltransmissioncharacteristics.Usersselectrefractoriestoprovidespecifiedconditionsofheatlossandcoldfacetemperature,withoutexceedingthetemperaturelimitationoftherefractory.Thistestmethodestablishesthetestingforthermalconductivityofrefractoriesusingthecalorimeter.Thisprocedurerequiresalargethermalgradientandsteadystateconditions.Theresultsarebaseduponameantemperature.Thedatafromthistestmethodaresuitableforspecificationacceptance,anddesignofmulti-layerrefractoryconstruction.Theuseofthesedatarequiresconsiderationoftheactualapplicationenvironmentandconditions.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthecomparativethermalconductivityofrefractoriesunderstandardizedconditionsoftesting.Thistestmethodisdesignedforrefractorieshavingaconductivityfactorofnotmorethan200Btuin./hft2F(2818W/mK),forathicknessof1in.(25mm).1.2DetailedASTMtestmethodstobeusedinconjunctionwiththisprocedureintestingspecifictypesofrefractorymaterialsareasfollows:TestMethodC182,TestMethodC202,TestMethodC417,andTestMethodC767.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
