【摘要】:ThispartofIEC317specifiestherequirementsoftapewrappedrectangularcopperwindingwireofclass240.Theinsulationconsistsofoneortwowrappingsofaromaticpolyimidetape.Class240isathermalclassthatrequiresatemperatureindexof240andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast260℃.NOTE-Insomecountries,e.g..Canada,Russia,USA,thisproductisassignedaclass220.Thetapeiscoatedononeorbothsideswithasuitableadhesive,forinstance,fluorinatedethylenepropylene.Afterwrapping,thetapeisheat-sealedtoformacontinuousandadherentsheath.Specificrequirementsmaybesubjecttocontract.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichthewireisrecommendedtobeusedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypesofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordimensionscoveredbythisstandardis:-width:min.2,00mm,max.16,00mm;-thickness:min.0,80mm,max.5,60mm.Thespecifiedcombinationsofwidthandthicknessaswellasthespecifiedratiowidth/thicknessaregiveninIEC317-0-2.Whenareferenceismadetowindingwireaccordingtothisstandard,thefollowinginformationshouldbegiven:-referencetoIEC60317-44;-dimensionofthenominalconductor(width×thickness);-grade.Example:60317-44IEC4,00mm×1,00mmgradeA2

【摘要】:Theglasstransitionisdependentonthethermalhistory,softeningagentsoradditivesofthematerialtobetested.Foramorphousandsemicrystallinematerialstheassignmentofaglasstransitiontemperaturemayleadtoimportantinformationaboutthermalhistory,processingconditions,stability,progressofchemicalreactions,andmechanicalandelectricalbehavior.Thermomechanicalanalysisprovidesarapidmeansofdetectingchangesinhardnessorlineardimensionalchangeassociatedwiththeglasstransition.DimensionalchangesmeasuredasaspecimenisheatedovertheTgregionmayincludetheinteractionofseveraleffects:anincreaseinthecoefficientofexpansion,adecreaseinthemodulus,whichunderaconstantstressleadstoincreasedextension,stressreliefleadingtoirreversibledimensionalchange(shrinkageinonedimension,expansioninanotherdimension),andphysicalagingeffectswhichchangethekineticsofthedimensionalchange.Thistestmethodisusefulforresearchanddevelopment,qualitycontrol,andspecificationacceptancetesting;particularlyoffilmsandfibers.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesaprocedurefortheassignmentofaglasstransitiontemperatureofmaterialsonheatingusingthermomechanicalmeasurementsunderprescribedexperimentalconditions.1.2ThistestmethodmaybeusedasacomplementtoTestMethodE1545andisapplicabletoamorphousortopartiallycrystallinematerialsintheformoffilms,fibers,wires,etc.thataresufficientlyrigidtoinhibitextensionduringloadingatambienttemperature.1.3Thegenerallyapplicabletemperaturerangeforthistestmethodisx2212;100to600x00B0;C.Thistemperaturerangemaybealtereddependingupontheinstrumentationused.1.41.5ThereisnoISOmethodequivalenttothismethod.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
